This application is open to use by all users worldwide, who must comply with the legal age of use and network usage specifications in their region.

2. User eligibility

Users are required to have the full capacity for civil behavior corresponding to their region and independently bear full responsibility for the behavior resulting from using this application.

Underage users are required to use this application under the supervision, consent, and responsibility of their legal guardian throughout the process.

The user voluntarily grants the device permissions required for the application. Whether the permissions are turned on or not is up to the user, and they take responsibility for the functional limitations caused by turning off the permissions.

Users are not allowed to use this App to play, store, or organize any infringing, pornographic, violent, illegal, and unlawful audio and video content that violates the legitimate interests of third parties.

This application is prohibited from decompiling, reverse parsing, tampering with source code, cracking, second encapsulation, malicious insertion programs, and other infringing and destructive behaviors.

All illegal activities such as commercial theft, malicious dissemination, device attacks, and data theft are prohibited using this application.

4. Intellectual Property Statement

4.1 App Intellectual Property Rights

The application‘s program code, interface design, functional architecture, brand identity, textual materials, and all other content are protected by international intellectual property agreements.

No person or organization is permitted to copy, imitate, alter, commercialize, or distribute this Application and related resources without the written permission of the operating party.

4.2 User Content Rights

All local video files, custom classification names, and other personal content on the user‘s device are the intellectual property and ownership rights of the user themselves.

Operators do not acquire, read, upload, use, or disclose users‘ local private video content without authorization.

5. Service Changes and Maintenance

5.1 Service Adjustments

Operators reserve the right to adjust, update, and optimize application functionality at any time based on product iteration, technology upgrades, and security optimization needs.

5.1.2

Feature adjustments and version updates will be announced through in-app announcements, version update instructions, etc., and will take effect automatically upon publication.

5.2 Operation Interrupts

5.2.1

Operators do not have to bear responsibility for related losses due to temporary service interruptions due to system maintenance, server optimization, network anomalies, or technical failure.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Usage Risk

This application provides services according to the “as-is-available” principle, with the user taking full usage risks associated with device adaptation, file compatibility, and usage operations on their own.

The operator does not assume liability for compensation due to user device failure, system compatibility issues, file loss caused by human mishandling, playback anomalies, and other issues.

All local content that users play and manage through this App is freely obtained and controlled by users, and operators are not responsible for the legality and compliance of user content.

7. Regulatory Amendments and Effectiveness

Operators have the right to amend and update this User Terms from time to time, and updated terms will be made public through official channels.

Users continue to use this application after the terms are updated, which is to say they voluntarily accept the full content of the revised terms.
